6. Warranty- Any Schwinn, Gary Fisher, GT or Raleigh frame has a lifetime warranty, and all parts and
accessories are waranteed through us for one year.
7. Trade Ins- If you buy a brand new child’s bike from our store, you can bring it back within the next 3
years and trade it in for credit towards the next size bike.
8. We accept ALL adult bike trade-ins for credit toward your new bike purchase.
9. Our repair turn-around time is less than 3 days and 5 days on repairs requiring special order items.
10. Items can be exchanged/returned within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging, the receipt and
if the item has not been used.
11. We deliver exercise bikes FREE within Glen Ellyn. For exercise bike delivery to close suburbs we
charge $25.
12. We will hold a bike on lay-a-way for a customer for up to 90 days.
13. We will box a bike for shipping for $25.
14. We carry selection of Trail-a-Bikes and bicycle trailers/joggers for the entire bicycling family!
15. Customers can take a test ride.
16. Helmet fitting – we properly fit child and adult helmets.
17. We carry an excellent selection of accessories for your comfort and safety.
18. We carry and repair Schwinn Airdyne exercisers.
19. We sell used bikes which have undergone a rigorous inspection and repair process to ensure safety and
satisfaction- they are guaranteed for 30 days.
20. We carry a supply of bicycle maps and books for Illinois and DuPage County as well as information on
local bicycling clubs.

22. We make charitable bike donations - we will gladly accept donations of bikes you no longer need.
